Travis Walton carried Michigan State on his back as they beat USC 74-69 Sunday. His performance was almost identical to David Thomas's 2001 performance in the Elite Eight. Both players were ignored and given multiple open jump shots that they converted with ease.
Durrell Summers and Chris Allen stepped up magnificently also.
